Terms of service
Minimum Order: Minimum order amount is $250.00. A 3.5% fee will be applied to invoices paid by credit card.
Order Quantities: Standard quantities have been established as a minimum order amount listed product catalogs and prices lists.
Terms: All invoices are payable in US dollars. All past due balances are subject to a finance charge at the higher of the maximum rate permitted by law, or 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Pricing: Products are sold at prices in effect at time of order. All pricing is subject to change without notice and are subject to availability at time of order.
Credit: All orders are subject to credit approval. Credit lines can be established upon credit approval and payment history has been established. Please call or write for a credit application. Once credit lines are established, payment terms at NET30 from date of shipment, unless otherwise stated. Slow paying customers may be placed on credit hold, prepay status or credit card only status. Shipments will be held until the account has been cleared.
General Statement: Envirolume LLC assumes no responsibility in any event for payment of incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, costs relating to installation or reinstallation of the products, or damages to properties or personal injuries. Our maximum liability to you is the amount paid for your product. These products may induce electrical shocks to a person or fire hazards to properties if not installed properly or if altered in any way.
